Scott Linehan took the reigns on offense in 2015, and he had good and bad moves since then. While Cowboys offense looked dominant in 2016, they made a huge step back in 2107. The player that suffered the most from offensive scheme changes this season is Cole Beasley. He had 519 fewer yards, 35 fewer targets and 39 fewer catches compared to the previous season. To ignore a convenient passing target such is Beasley can be overlooked but to stray away from running game in front of goal line against Packers and Seahawks can’t be explained.
