He would have starred in many movies to come, but Walker’s life ended in a car crash. He was leaving a charity event in Valencia, California, and he was a passenger in the Porsche, driven by his friend and financial advisor Roger Rodas. Rodas lost control of the car which hit a tree and exploded on impact. After the police investigation, it was confirmed that they drove the car too fast and speed was a factor in the accident. Paul Walker was merely 40, and he left a daughter behind.
