2This wasn’t all as Diesel continued

Only a few days before The Fate Of The Furious hit the theaters, Diesel talked about the feud that he allegedly had with The Rock. In some manner, it was a weird coincidence. Was it? We could hear Vin saying that he loves and respects his colleague, but again, this might not be enough for Dwayne. “I don’t think the world really realizes how close we are, in a weird way. I think some things may be blown out of proportion. I don’t think that was his intention. I know he appreciates how much I work this franchise. In my house, he’s Uncle Dwayne,” Diesel spoke for USA Today.
The reports from sources close to the studio said that the two were “separated as much as possible” through promotion period. All this fuss was explained by Diesel as a “creative differences” and he added that since he is a producer, pretty much all the blame for issues falls at his feet. “I protect the franchise. I protect everybody including Dwayne. I protected Dwayne more than he’ll ever know. And it doesn’t matter. He doesn’t have to know. But he appreciates it. He knows it. Dwayne has only got one Vin in his life. Dwayne Johnson only has one big brother in this film world and that’s me.”
Vin continued as said that he helped Dwayne and other stars as he was the “the first multicultural megastar in Hollywood.” He continued by adding “It’s not always easy being an alpha. And it’s two alphas. Being an alpha is sometimes a pain in the (bu*t).” All of you that have watched this movie can witness if this feud was noticed on the screen and if it did influence the film. What is certain, is that all this fuss will attract even more fans to theaters.
