“Brutal Berti” was the nickname that followed Fox throughout his career, and it was earned because this monster of a man won pretty much every big bodybuilding competition he entered. From 1969 to 1994 he was basically The Bodybuilder in the scene, and there wasn’t anyone close to him. Unfortunately, he was also remembered for his bad attitude which eventually led him to prison for life where he will have nothing else to do but “pump iron.”
