It is always smart to look for a new coach by digging in the Patriots coaching staff. The first names that come to mind are Josh McDaniels and Matt Patricia, but they will probably stay with Belichick, waiting for him to leave or retire. However, there is one young coach, who has had success with the Houston squad and that is Mike Vrabel. He is young, but he can connect with the players on another level.
