Bill Belichick created the institution out of the New England Patriots. They have been dominating for years, and he has raised the value of all of his assistants. Matt Patricia will be the head coach of the Detroit Lions, whereas Josh McDaniels was supposed to be the Indianapolis Colts coach before he changed his mind and stayed in New England. Some other coaches that shined under the wing of Belichick are Charlie Weis, Eric Mangini, and Romeo Crennel. Although it sounds impossible at this point, perhaps Jones could make an effort and bring McDaniels.
