HTC U11 Appeared On Benchmarking App

Just recently we could see info about new HTC device that has appeared on GeekBench. Soon after that, what is supposedly the HTC U11 Plus smartphone has been spotted on GFXBench, and this time it brought additional information about its display and other features.

Details about the new smartphone that have been gathered point out to the 6-inch screen with a resolution of 1440×2880 pixels. If this resolution remains unchanged, and we believe it won’t change, we will be getting 18:9 display with this device. One of the speculations suggests that this is the re-release of the company’s U11 smartphone but this time with a screen that reduces the size of the bezels and offers bigger diagonal.

Among other features, it has been reported that Android 8.0 known as Oreo is going to be offered here. The results of the benchmark suggest that Qualcomm Snapdragon, Adreno 540 GPU and 4GB of RAM are packed under the hood of this smartphone making it decently powerful.

Furthermore, we have 12MP main camera while the front facing one comes with the 8MP sensor. Total of 64GB of integrated storage is expected meaning that you will have more than enough space for your images, videos, music, and other multimedia content. Things that have also been reported but are not confirmed, similar to previous features, include UHD video capability for the rear camera and FHD for the front one.

A few days ago, leaked HTC invitation for a November 2 event has been published online and we expect this will be the place where the Taiwan tech giant will unveil their new smartphone.
