Seahawks Secure Divisional Title With Win Over Rams

NFC West hs been a big disappointment this season. Rams had another awful year under Jeff Fisher, and that resulted in his firing just a couple of days ago. Niners haven’t won a single game since Week 1 victory over the Rams. Cardinals are one of the biggest disappointments of the year as they underachieved after going to the NFC Championship game last season.

Some Seahawks players expressed their frustrations with a Thursday Night Football games, but they had no problem beating the Rams as Los Angeles couldn’t score a single touchdown in the match and they finished with only 3 points. It was important for Wilson to bounce back from that putrid performance in Green Bay.

This Seahawks defense also had some improving to do. Rams are not an offensive juggernaut, but still, it was a good performance from that side of the Seahawks football squad.

Three touchdowns and only one pick were enough for Wilson to get the job done against LA. Tyler Lockett finally had a monster game and torched the opposing defense for 135 yards and one score. Rawls is still crucial for this team as he needs to be effective for his crew to succeed in the postseason. He failed to make an impression as he ran for only 34 yards.

This win has secured Seahawks divisional title. After the Cardinals had taken it last year, the Seahawks have reclaimed the title that they won 2 times in the past three years. This is their third title in four years and their 5th consecutive Playoff appearance.
