3Jinder’s Slapdash title win
The discussion surrounding Jinder Mahal is huge, and his merits are highly argued, but there is no doubt that back in April someone in the WWE hierarchy stood up and said that Jinder should have the title around his waist. Since then it was not about whether he deserves it but about how the company managed to pull that one out. They made a huge mistake with this one, and they will never admit it. It should be a slow but sure push for the headline pay-per-view spot, but no, the SmackDown creative team dropped Jinder from the sky straight into the WWE Championship match with Randy Orton. This made fans feel like the years of wrestling convention shot throughout the window, and the rules once held dear, broken beyond repair. This ultimately lead to Jinder’s both matches and promos failing miserably.
