Cowboys will look to bolster their cornerback corps. The draft will be rich in corners, but Dallas might look to add a veteran presence in their secondary. The player that fits the description is Byron Maxwell. He should serve as a replacement for Orlando Scandrick.

Maxwell played only seven games for Seahawks last year, but he recorded 38 tackles, seven pass breakups, and one interception. He was originally drafted by Seattle but spent last few years with Eagles and Dolphins before returning to Jet City. In 2015 Byron signed a six-year $63 million contract with Eagles, but he only played one year there before being traded to Miami. Dolphins released him in October, and he ended in Seattle playing well in the last months of the season. It’s not clear how much will he cost in free agency.
