Should AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura Happen At Summerslam?

One of the biggest matches that WWE can book with the current roster of superstars that they have at their disposal is AJ Styles going up against Shinsuke Nakamura. Ever since the two signed their deals with the WWE, the fans were buzzing about them meeting in the WWE ring and recreating what they did at Wrestle Kingdom pay per view, the biggest event that New Japan Pro Wrestling produces each and every year.

That match was so great that the fans are just dying over the thought of these two wrestling again, but this time, in the WWE ring. Shinsuke Nakamura spent a year down in the NXT, but he is on a Smackdown Live brand now, the same brand that AJ Styles is on right now. Everything is set in place for these two to eventually meat. Should it happen at Summerslam?

There are some reports telling us that the company is considering having this match take place at the Summerslam pay per view. With that being said, we are going to tell you why this would be a mistake and why Vince McMahon should book this duel at Wrestlemania 34 next year in New Orleans.

This is the kind of clash that needs a long build. Giving it away now is something that WWE is usually doing, but they need to save this one. The longer they do, the fans will want it more. It will mean more at Wrestlemania if the match is for the WWE Championship then if it happens now and it is just so that they can say that they have done that one. Having it happen now is throwing the money down the toilet. WWE has been pretty impatient with some of their feuds, matches, and decisions. Let’s hope that they will have some patience when it comes to AJ Styles vs. Nakamura and book this fight for Wrestlemania 34, in a championship battle.
